International Child Care (USA), Inc. is happy to welcome Jennifer Cramer as the Executive Director to help grow and manage the organization’s efforts. She will collaborate with the National Directors of each country ICC has a presence in: Keith Mumma of the USA, Dr. Josette Bijou of Haiti, and Trudy Bekker of the Dominican Republic.
As Executive Director, Cramer will lead the ICC USA fundraising effort, collaborate with and contribute to the fundraising efforts of ICC Haiti and FCID (ICC Dominican Republic), design and implement programs to provide enhanced support to these countries, and oversee the ICC USA staff to inspire growth within the organization.
“I am honored to have the opportunity to serve in an organization impacting the lives of so many children,” Cramer said. “With all the suffering in the world, I want ICC to expand its reach to as many children as possible. There is too much at stake to do anything less.”
With a wealth of experience and a strong educational background, Cramer comes to ICC most recently from the Kalamazoo Gospel Mission where she served as the Capital Campaign Consultant to lead an $8 million campaign to build a new Women and Children’s Shelter.
In addition to her work with the Kalamazoo Gospel Mission, Cramer has worked in international aid and nonprofit for faith-based agencies for two decades. She holds a BA in Journalism from Western Michigan University and a MA in Leadership Psychology from Saybrook University in San Francisco, CA.
"I am honored to partner with those giving to ICC," she says. "Please let me know how we can serve you better."
